- If you need your item by a specific date please contact us on Instagram PRIOR to placing your order. We will be happy to see if we can accommodate your request and let you know what additional costs would be to ship sooner.
- All of our shipments come with a tracking number. We use DHL & Aramex to ensure packages arrive extremely quickly and safely. Once your order is shipped to you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your parcel from the courier.
- All orders are processed and packed within 1-5 days of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit.
- It is the customers responsibility to provide the correct delivery address for an order. If the wrong delivery address is provided, we cannot offer reimbursement for this package.
- Once the carrier scans your package, it is no longer our responsibility if the package is lost or stolen. In this extremely rare case, you must file a claim with the carrier.
- Any applicable taxes and duties are not included in the checkout total as they are determined by the customs agency of the destination country. The agency will reach out to the recipient via mail, email or phone to pay these charges so that your shipment can arrive to you. Unfortunately, we have no control over this and are not responsible for any additional fees.
- If your package is returned to us due to address issues (that you have provided us), you will be responsible for paying a shipping invoice so we can re-ship your package.
- Change or Cancel Your Order:
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We process and ship orders quickly (we’re fast!). Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.
